W. Clark Meredith: born in
Alcoa, Tennessee on March 6, 1942. He was admitted to the Georgia bar
and the Tennessee bar in 1967; and is currently a member of the
Anderson County (President, 1970) and the
Tennessee Bar Associations as
well as the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Meredith was educated at both the
University of Tennessee and Emory University; where he was a member of
Phi Alpha Delta. Mr. Meredith
served as an Oak Ridge Charter
Commissioner in 1974. Mr. Meredith has been an active litigator for 32
and holds membership in the TTLA and the association of TL of A.
He is also the Managing Partner of Joyce,
Meredith, Flitcroft, and
Normand, and senior trial attorney.

/b> James T.
Normand: born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee on March 21,
1962. He was admitted to the Tennessee
bar in 1987; and is currently a
member of the Anderson County, Tennessee and American Bar Associations,
Tennessee Trial lawyers Associations and The Association of Trial
lawyers of America and formerly a member
of the National Association of
Accountants. Mr. Normand served as President of the Anderson County Bar
Association from 1998-1999. He graduated from East Tennessee State
University Cum Laude, in 1984 and the
University of Tennessee, College
of Law in 1987. He was a member of Gamma Beta Phi Legal Honor Society
and Phi Alpha Delta. As well as making contributions to the legal
society, Mr Normand is Officer and Board
Member of the Boys Club of Oak
Ridge. Mr. Normand is also active in the American Heart Association, the
Rotary Club, the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association,
and several other organizations.

John E, McDonald: born in Knoxville, Tennessee on February 2, 1950. He received his Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business Administration with Honors in 1972 from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Mr.
McDonald also received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law and was
admitted to practice law in 1976. He retired from the United States Army Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel in
the Judge Advocate General's Corps. LTC McDonald served for 27 years in the 489th Civil Affairs Battalion and
acted as Legal Officer of the 489th for more than a dozen years. He is a veteran of Desert Storm. Mr. McDonald
served as a clerk to United States District Court Judge James H. Jarvis. He has also acted as Secretary of the
Blount County Bar Association and has been the Blount County Chairman of the March of Dimes.

David L. Flitcroft: born in Grants Pass, Oregon, August 4, 1948. Mr. Flitcroft was admitted to the Tennessee bar in1978 and
is a member of the Anderson County (President, 1992-1993) and Tennessee Bar Associations. Mr. Flitcroft was educated at
Southern Oregon College, The University of Oregon, and The University of Tennessee. Mr. Flitcroft CoAuthored the books "Real Estate Matters" and "Real Estate Matters Revisited." He has also authored a series of newspaper articles. Mr. Flitcroft has been the recipient of the Daniel Hanley Testerman Scholarship, Centurion Award,
and the American Jurisprudence Award.

Pamela P. Gibson: Ms. Gibson joined the firm in 2003 as an associate in the firm's property practice group.
Ms. Gibson received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland. She also received her Doctor of
Jurisprudence from the University Of Maryland, where she was the recipient of the Deans Award for Contracts, Best In
Class. Her practice includes handling residential and commercial property transactions for individuals and lending
institutions. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Gibson served with distinction in the United States Air Force. Ms. Gibson
is a member of the Anderson County and Tennessee Bar Associations.

LuAnn A. Hileman:
a. LuAnn joined the firm as an Associate in 2013. She was a member of the inaugural class at Lincoln Memorial University, Duncan School of Law in Knoxville. During her law school career, LuAnn served on LMU-DSOL's Moot Court Board, Law Review, and Student Bar Association. LuAnn received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® (top in her class) in Secured Transactions, Immigration Law, Advanced Legal Drafting, and Lawyering Skills III (Appellate Writing and Oral Advocacy), and she earned the Runner-Up Petitioner's Brief Award at the 2012 National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. LuAnn was also recognized nationally by Equal Justice Works' of Washington, D.C. as their 2012 Summer Corp Standout for the legal work she did with the intellectually disabled population in the Oak Ridge area. LuAnn is an active volunteer in the Anderson County foster children's Christmas party each year, and she also supports the Oliver Springs Angel Tree Ministry, local Relay for Life events, and World Vision International. When not at work, LuAnn enjoys attending sporting events, being on the lake, and spending time with family and friends.
