New! Rental Options on Select WCV Apartments More choices than ever before! Make the move to Woodcrest Villa! Woodcrest Villa has recently started offering a small number of rental options in addition to the entrance fee-based apartments for interested future residents. Rental apartment options currently include studio and select one bedroom units. All of these units are also available as entrance fee apartments as well. The choice is yours! We are happy to be offering this as a new option to give you more flexibility in financing your move to Woodcrest Villa. The monthly rental fee starts at $1,455 for a studio apartment. Several one-bedrooms are also available as rentals. Your monthly rental fee will include everything that the entrance fee monthly fee would - utilities, meal plan, maintenance, security, access to services and on and on!
