Residential Living Waiting List
Two waiting lists—Standard and Priority—are maintained for individuals interested in future residency at Moravian Manor, if unit availability does not currently exist or if a specific unit type is not available at the time of desired residency. The waiting list is maintained in chronological order by application date. When a unit becomes available, "Priority" waiting list applicants will be contacted first followed by the "Standard" applicants.

Many individuals who have started their search for retirement living are faced with obstacles such as waiting lists. The demand for retirement communities continues to grow and many communities have waiting periods anywhere from two years to ten years.  The current waiting time for an apartment or cottage at Moravian Manor is approximately one to two years from the date you place your name on our Priority Waiting List.

For more information, contact the Manor's Director of Residency Planning at 717-626-0214 or by e-mail LizH@moravianmanor.org
